Return Eligibility Window:

  • Items are eligible for return within 15 days from the delivery date.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them, including original tags.
     

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale."

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned.
     

Return Process:

  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the items in the original packaging if possible. Ensure that all originally included paperwork, accessories, and tags are returned with the item.

  3. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the address provided by our support team. We recommend using a shipping service that offers tracking or insurance, as we cannot be held responsible for lost returns.

  4. Receive Your Refund: Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
     

Exchange Policy:

For exchanges due to size or color, please return the original item using the process above and place a new order for the preferred item at your convenience.
 

Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you are issued a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund amount.
